EDSA Traffic? Sarmiento Offers Solution

Manila traffic is now a big problem in the metro. And with this, House Transportation Committee Chair and Samar 1st District Representative Edgar Mary Sarmiento unveiled the blueprint of his proposed centralized and synchronized bus dispatch system which would turn the EDSA's rowdy and chaotic city buses into a fast, efficient and predictable mass transport system.
