Eastwood City’s Easter Wonderland 2011

Eastwood City’s Twin Mascots, Easter & Woodluck are here to celebrate their 7th Birthday in Easter Wonderland for a double celebration tomorrow!

Eastwood City will once again turn into a mini theme park on Easter, April 24, for Easter and Woodluck’s birthday party as they turn 7. Wonderland passports is being sold since April 1, until the event day to access all the activities and booths inside Easter Wonderland.

Seven Worlds of Play and Imagination will be spread out in the entire Eastwood City commercial development, each one with a unique and interesting theme which kids can choose from.

Eastwood Mall Open Park will be home to two main attractions: the Main Party Land and the Animal Kingdom. The latter  will feature egg painting sessions with Master Fernando Sena, pony rides, and a petting zoo.

The Food Factory will be at the Eastwood Mall Atrium, where CCA, Mrs. Q Cookies and Richmonde Hotel, will each be giving food preparation and cooking techniques and free food samplers.

Right across would be the Eastwood Central Plaza which will house three worlds: the Empire of the Inflatables, the Superstar Boulevard, and Sci-World, featuring free games from Timezone, and fun interactive exhibits.

The Main Partyland will have a special Easter and Woodluck birthday activities, photo booths, henna tattoo, face painting, food booths, Mind Gym exercises and egg painting with Master Fernando Sena which will surely put you kids in the right party mood.

Superstar Boulevard will bring out the star in you! Feel like a real Hollywood A-lister with these activities : Paparazzi booth, souvenir tattoo, Acting Workshops by My Talent, and film showings.

Uncover the magic of knowledge in Sci-World with fun and entertaining yet educational activities in store for kids through special interactive exhibits of Philippine Science Centrum, MoBlocks kiddie robotics workshop and play time, and arcade games in the Playfence by Time Zone.

Everyone will also get a chance to win 1 Samsung 42-inch Plasma TV, 3 iPod Shuffle, 1 PSP, 1 DS Lite, and 1 Samsung Corby from the Easter Wonderland raffle.

Wonderland passports are at P500.00 and this already entitles you with one-time access to booths and activities inside the fair, and two adults to accompany the kid. In excess, adults will have to pay and additional P50.00 per head to enter the fair.

An Easter parade starting from Il Pirata will start the fair at 2:30 pm. The parade will be participated by a marching band, kids in costume, mimes and more!

When I started blogging, one of my favorite topic is about advocacy, corporate social response. Perhaps, knowing that someone is willing to help gives us hope .  The recent blog post I shared in one of my website is about " Girl Talk,Your Voice Your Move " , a campaign from Modess Philippines wherein young girls had the opportunity to speak out for the recent May election. Modess Philippines compiled these shout outs  and put it into a special edition publication called Girl Talk then sent it to our senators. I hope our senators got their copy of this book.  Not so long, I met some of our public officials, including some of our senators. Certainly, a short interview would not be enough to get to know them but it also leave us an impression of what kind of person they are - are they accommodating, sincere and do they speak well.  Mrs. Hanepbuhay ,  Senator Cynthia Villa r,  is one of the senators I met few years before the election through the Villar Foundation .
