The 10th Goldilocks Intercollegiate Cake Decorating Challenge

In celebration of the Goldilocks 50 years, the leading bakeshop in the country, recently held its 10th Intercollegiate Cake Decorating Challenge (ICDC) at SM North Edsa. It was a whole day of fun and excitement. Everyone was looking forward to find out who will be this year 10th ICDC Grand Champion.

The ten teams/school was given a working station. Each working station has everything in it for cake decorating. For this year, each school was given five themes - 50th Birthday, 50 Wedding Anniversary, 2050 "Future" cake, Gold cake and the Number 50 cake. They need to decorate their cakes within a given time frame. This was all done in front of a live audience and a panel of judges composed of the leading authorities in the culinary arts industry.
