Mother's Day Special: Chicken Mushroom Pasta Recipe with El Real Pasta

Most of our moms make our every day special by preparing delicious meals. This coming Mother's Day, how about doing it the other way around with El Real pasta. :)

Repay her kindness with a gesture of love this coming Mother’s Day. Show your love for mommy by preparing a delightful pasta dish using El Real pasta.

Chicken and Assorted Mushrooms Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon   oil
  • ¼ cup            onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup            button mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ cup            straw mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ cup            tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons  brown sugar
  • ¼ cup            unsalted butter or margarine
  • 2 cups           EL REAL Curly Macaroni, cooked to package directions
  • To taste         salt and pepper
  • 5 pieces         chicken nuggets, fried and sliced

Chicken Mushroom Pasta Recipe with El Real Pasta
Cooking Procedure:
  1. Sauté onions, button and straw mushrooms in a pan then add tomato paste, sugar and butter.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes then Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pasta toss in cooked EL REAL Curly Macaroni and mix and transfer to plate preferably topped with fried chicken nuggets.
This is the first time I actually heard of this EL REAL pasta brand, and I think it's worth a try since its from Universal Robina Corporation’s (URC). And indeed, this recipe would be a good idea for this coming Mother’s Day.

I hope our senators got their copy of this book.  Not so long, I met some of our public officials, including some of our senators. Certainly, a short interview would not be enough to get to know them but it also leave us an impression of what kind of person they are - are they accommodating, sincere and do they speak well.  Mrs. Hanepbuhay ,  Senator Cynthia Villa r,  is one of the senators I met few years before the election through the Villar Foundation .
