Ready Meals Available at Family Mart
I know that its not just me who's getting caught up in busy schedule and hectic “mommy” lifestyles. My schedule for the day varies depending on the activities of my kids, either go to school, to the park, mall, and go biking. I'm not a morning person but since my kids needs to be in school as early as 6am, sometimes, I find it hard to prepare food for them. Being a mom on the go, I realize the importance of making sure that I give myself and kids the right nourishment.

Recently I attended this year's Philippine FamilyMart CVS, Inc. launched for its Health and Wellness line. Eating healthy has never been this convenient – no need to spare hours to prepare when it’s now just a few minutes away with exceptional ready meals available straight from any Philippine FamilyMart store nationwide.
