It's adventure time ! Bianca and I recently attended Cartoon Networks “ Adventure Time..Night-O-Sphere ”, a glow-in-the-dark sing along party for the spookiest time of the year. Bianca decided to dress up like  Tinkerbell . She loves trick or treat during Halloween. Every kids were enjoying the games and activities in this event. Her favorite game was at the Candy Kingdom where she needed to toss the rings towards the rows of posts. Each post represents a point and she will win a prize. At the Fire Kingdom , Bianca had fun as her concentration tested in this activity to make it to the finish line without a buzz.

Have you ever received rewards after spending thousands of pesos doing the grocery or shopping? I'm glad there are reward cards, discounts cards, membership cards such as the Robinsons Rewards  which allows us, customers to collect points in every purchase which later on can be used to pay for the next transactions. I always look forward to going the supermarket. It's actually my stress reliever! I could spend an hour walking through every section, enjoy browsing at new and familiar products. When Robinsons Z Sqaure in Banawe opens, I was excited I wanted to shop during the grand opening sale. Since then, it has been our Sunday stopover after church and after having quick snack at Starbucks Banawe . I like that it's not too crowded and has most everything I need.

Are there cases of dengue fever in your community? Mommies, it's still rainy season in the country and we usually see an increase of dengue cases. I can still remember the scenario in the emergency room every time a patient comes in with complaints of fever. We were hoping it's just an ordinary fever because we are not familiar with other signs and symptoms of Dengue. It was a rainy Saturday night at home and the weather was cool and breezy. After dinner, my husband and I decided to relax a bit while watching television.

It's so easy to deal with rainy season related illnesses (cough, cold, fever, asthma)  if we know safe, natural and equally effective ways to cure it.  Get plenty of rest. When you’re feeling sick, don’t ignore it.  Slow down and rest so it won’t get worse. You don't have to miss school or work at least try to go to bed earlier than usual.

Did you know that Pneumonia and Diarrhea are the two leading causes of mortality and morbidity worldwide in children less than 5 years of age? I used to work as a Staff Nurse in a military hospital here in Manila. I was then assigned in three busy areas - ER Female, Medical Ward and Pediatric Ward .  Somehow, I've already memorized emergency scenarios where patients coming with difficulty of breathing and lost of consciousness due to severe dehydration.

Joy with a Touch of Olay! Dish washing, ironing, doing the laundry and cleaning the house. Moms do all of these things every single day whether a working mom or a simple housewife like me, this is a tough love. About two days ago, I attended an event that talks about the trials of housework through Tough Love . Dish washing is one of toughest job at home for me. It's so annoying to see piles of dirty plates in the sink so before it became a big mess, I clean it immediately after meal. Frequent washing makes our hands dry and prone to skin irritation. Mommies, it could be avoided!

It was on December 13, 2012 when the Villar Foundation finally opens SIPAG Center to the public. Just before Christmas, husband and I were invited to an intimate launch of the newest game app created to honor the late comedy king , Dolphy.
