The company who develop the Philippine Stock Exchange Centre in January 1996, Andrea North project at the 2.8-hectare former Pepsi Cola property in New Manila, Quezon City and the luxury high-rise condomium and subdivision living project called "The Alexandra" moves forward to a brighter and new horizon in partnership with Greenhills Properties Inc. (GPI). The signing of a Memorandum of Agreement led by Amador Bacani, Philrealty President and Gerardo Lanuza, Jr. Chairman of GPI held today at EDSA Shangri La Hotel.
