Mother's Day came early as

Pio's Kitchen. The delightful dishes from paella to roasted chicken and special recipes made using

Chef Chin.

The intimate event started with a cooking demonstration participated by mommy bloggers. We were divided by four groups. I was with Rachele and Jane. The four groups uses the same ingredients but only differ in taste and presentation.The versatile Mega Creations Premium Spanish Sardines was the star of recipe. Ever since I tried
Mega Creations bottled sardines, I never ran out of it. At home, I made sure to always have stocks at home. I love its packaging and truly versatile. I can make a simple, 10 minute pasta dish using Mega Creation topped with my favorite veggies such as mustard leaves or the healthy malunggay. For the times I feel lazy to cook or just alone when hubby's out to work, all I need is a steaming hot rice and a open a bottle of
Mega Creations Spanish sardines. My favorites are the
Premium Spanish sardines in olive oil and
Premium Spanish Sardines in Tomato Sauce.
