Here is the Gardenia Frozen Delight recipe from the SM Hypermarket event:

Gardenia Frozen Delight

Ingredients:

• 6 slices – Gardenia Double delights Ube and Cheese Loaf
• 1 (250 mL) – All Purpose cream, chilled
• ¼ cup – Condensed milk
• 6 pcs – Peaches in can, drained and sliced
• ½ cup – Instant Gulaman, cooked

Procedure:
1.    Combine all purposed cream and condensed milk in a small bowl.
2.    Spread 1-2 tbsp of the cream mixture at the bottom of a loaf pan.
3.    Place 2 slices of Gardenia Double Delights Ube and Cheese Loaf.
4.    Top with cream mixture and layer the peaches on top.
5.    Repeat until the pan is filled.
6.    Pour instant gulaman on top of the cake.
7.    Refrigerate the cake at least one hour before serving.
8.    Serve 5-10 slice
