Last Mother's Day Ceelin, the leading children’s Vitamin C brand, came up with a Mother’s Day tribute that highlighted their campaign for this year, "Pamana". With the word’s direct English translation being inheritance, Ceelin’s Pamana campaign highlights the sacrifices moms have made, as well as the values and lessons they have left their children to help shape the people they are today. 

We attended several Mother's Day event - there's an intimate gathering courtesy of Ford Philippines . The most recent was the partnership of   Microsoft Philippines and McDonald’s Philippines, Paint and Celebrate, a campaign  where kids use technology in expressing their love and gratitude to their moms last Mother’s Day. Summer vacation is almost over. I'm sure all is set for another school year. You almost completed your child's school supplies and paid the tuition fees. I've been passing by the Market! Market! mall and SM department stores recently and saw a huge crowd in the children's department and at the ground floor section where school supplies are available.  As for me, I'm also preparing for school - for my husband who's been teaching college students at Grace Christian College.

  On Mother’s Day, Ford Motor Company invited mothers and expectant mothers for an intimate Mother’s Day celebration at Chef’s Rodriguez place at Corinthian’s Garden. I was one of the invited guests - even if I’m not yet a mom nor a pregnant woman, thanks to Ford for an afternoon of learning and scrumptious food.

The fight against hunger has been a major initiatives of many organizations both private and non-private sectors such is the  United Nations  World Food Programme .    

I searched for blogs owned and written by a deaf girl or boy and found some that talks about their medical condition,  their daily routines and their aspirations.  As an individual who used to be in the medical field seldom I encountered deaf patients. After realization, I remember nothing about sign language except the simple gestures such as pain, hunger, love. Now, I wonder what happens when a deaf and a hearing person like me don't understand each other.
